Luz leans several important lessons throughout the 1st season but her track record conditions her to expect neat and tidy resolutions at the end of every adventure. Until "Agony of a Witch", no matter what obstacles she faces or trouble Luz got into, she’d always be able to get out of it with a little ingenuity, magic, luck, or the help of a friend. Similarly, Lilith's guilt over having cursed Eda was always mitigated by the lie that Belos would heal the curse and that the damage she'd caused could simply be erased. She is Eda Clawthorne's older sister, as well as the disgraced former head of the Emperor's Coven. The series also won an award for Children's & Youth Programming at the 2021 Peabody Awards. Hoping to "redeem" the trio, the Collector abducts Luz, King, and Eda and turns the Hexsquad and Lilith into puppets, using the latter to torment Eda in a hallucination of scarring her father again.

In "Agony of a Witch", she proves willing to do anything to achieve her goals, such as attempting to distract Eda by endangering her student Luz Noceda and cursing Eda when she was younger. She later explains to Luz that she was acting on Emperor Belos' teachings of sacrifice (given this is Belos' teachings, it's unlikely she is misinterpreting his teachings so much as that is what he teaches). Lilith admits her jealousy stems from feelings of inadequacy, lamenting that she had to become stronger because Eda was better. However, despite this, she shows guilt and everything she did was in an attempt to save Eda.
Friends
Initially, she felt useless without a Coven, but after befriending Hooty, she has a more positive outlook on her new life. She now enables her sister's trouble making personality, encouraging her to pull pranks on the emperor's troops, even if she still prefers to follow the rules herself. Lilith has also become much more empathetic and caring towards others, like Hooty, but still retains her prideful nature, stating that Emperor Belos' guards are clueless without her. After spending time with her parents, Lilith reveals a overeager scholastic side of herself and goes out of her way to prove she can be daring and cool, likely brought out by Hooty and Luz. After the Collector stop the draining spell and King sent the Hexsquad to the Human Realm to protect them from the Collector, Lilith and Hooty broke free and tried to rescue King, only to be turned into toys by the Collector. Fortunately, after some time sating the Collector by playing with him, King would come across a puppetised Lilith and would get the Collector to turn her back.
Luz Noceda
After getting over the shock, the two ask around for Philip Wittebane, but find no leads until they stumble upon him being harassed by two denizens. Using the fake names of Luzura and Dirtrude, they ally with Philip and join him on his latest expedition. One week and a half passes, and it is revealed that Lilith now resides in the Owl House. Due to the curse, neither she nor her sister can use their magic, and with the portal destroyed, everyone in the Owl House is forced to work odd jobs as Eda no longer has a reliable source of human garbage to sell. Unfortunately, the week's bounty-hunting gig is not a reliable source of income, made worse by the fact that the residents of the Owl House are all known criminals. At first, Lilith revels in the fact that her Emperor's Coven posters still command fear and respect, but her confidence quickly turns to anger once all her posters are replaced by new ones depicting the Golden Guard.
In "Knock, Knock, Knockin' on Hooty's Door", Hooty is revealed to be in touch with Lilith by writing letters to her using a typewriter.

During Sense and Insensitivity, Lilith repeatedly mocks her sister for the curse. We see it yet again during the witches' duel at the end of Agony of a Witch. Lilith wanted to absolve herself of guilt without having to apologize or admit she'd done anything wrong. After leaving the Emperor's Coven, Lilith has been trying hard to prove to Eda that she is trustworthy.

Afterwards, Lilith reveals to Gwendolyn that she was the one who cursed Eda, but she didn't seem to be upset with her. She also decides to return home with Gwendolyn to reconnect and potentially find some new information regarding the owl beast curse. It would appear that Lilith has a compulsive need to please those she perceives as being superior to her in any way and search for their validation, with that bordering on some level of obsession. Despite that was not seen much during her time in the Emperor's Coven, that trait became more evident after she left it. During her glyph magic lessons with Luz, Lilith acted like a teacher's pet, always craving for Luz's praises through her accomplishments or by making an ice sculpture of her as "extra credit".
Her current outfit features a turtleneck similar to that of her previous outfit, her sleeves reach down to her hands ending with a triangular cut that ends at the palm of her hand. The upper part of the dress appears to be baggy and sleeveless, with a dark turquoise band tying around her waist. Her dress reaches to her ankles, with a triangular pattern at the bottom of her skirt. She has brown high-heeled boots, a dark green like scarf, with a maroon button on it. Lilith Clawthorne is a major character of The Owl House, serving as the secondary antagonist of the first season until "Young Blood, Old Souls", and a supporting character as of the second season.
This appears to be where random unused objects of the Owl House is stored at. In "Knock, Knock, Knockin' on Hooty's Door", Hooty transforms the tunnel into a Tunnel of Love which consists of a river, animatronics, and various cardboard cutouts in an attempt to match Luz and Amity together. It shows a press conference with Kikimora, who states that the Coven has adjudicated on the matter of dealing with Eda by petrifying her in stone, which will be done by sunset. Luz gets upset about what Lilith has done to her own sister and comes to the decision of going to the Conformatorium by breaking the rules to be caught by the Coven's guards.
The monster breaks into the room but King commands it to stop causing the party to realise it was trying to protect him (though Lilith gets distracted taking pictures of the murals). King thus decides that he wants to find his father and so the gang return home with the monster (now named Jean-Luc) as their new pet though it deactivates by the time they reach the Owl House. After kissing King good night, Luz joins Eda and Lilith in trying to decipher the ruin's carvings and murals, to which she simply says that whatever they find, they'll be there for King.
Enraged that the young Golden Guard has replaced her, Lilith tosses one of the posters, only to have it magically stick to her face instead. Initially, she felt useless without a Coven, but after befriending Hooty, she gains a more positive outlook on her new life. She now enables her sister's trouble-making personality, encouraging her to pull pranks on the Emperor's troops, even if she still prefers to follow the rules herself. After spending time with her parents, Lilith reveals an overeager scholastic side of herself and goes out of her way to prove she can be daring and cool, likely brought out by Hooty and Luz.
The two then have another fight, and Lilith angrily reveals that she was the one who cursed Eda. Enraged, Eda attacks Lilith with all her power, nearly putting Luz in danger when she falls off the bridge. Lilith realizes Eda was losing power and endangers Luz more so her sister will use up all her magic. When Eda finally falls to her cure, Lilith restrains her and captures Owlbert. She then tells Luz to return to her realm, and that Eda was with her real family.
They went there for a while, Luz rested in Eda's nest, Hunter stood outside, while Camila spoke with Gus and Willow for some advice, she needs to help Luz stop making a bad decision. As the duo shared a talk, Hunter called out to them that he saw Eda and King. Lilith also promises Luz that she won't let terrible things like this ever happen again. Unexpectedly, roots from underground catch Lilith and King and then hang them upside down. Emperor Belos captures Luz by the roots and then reveals that he wants to have a talk with Luz.
